This has become an annual favorite field trip. About 250 young people participate a variety of circus acts -- the Friday showing is family night. In addition to the show itself, we have access to the balcony and the dressing rooms to photograph the performers getting ready. The drive generally takes about 90 minutes from the north side of Indianapolis on U.S. 31 north through Kokomo. However, with the construction on U.S. 31, this year's drive may take longer. For car pooling, meet at 4:30 p.m. at Hamilton Crossing Center, U.S. 31 and West Carmel Drive, near the Starbucks. When you arrive at the circus, identify yourself as a Photo Venture member.
