We ask people participating in our events to have a PHOTO VENTURE CAMERA CLUB (“PVCC”) RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) on file.

The waiver is a blanket waiver covering all events. Your waiver is on file for two years. After two years, we ask that you submit an update waiver. There is an electronic version of the waiver and a PDF version.
