We’ll head to McCormick’s Creek State Park and visit a nearby alpaca farm for our September field trip. Members can do one or both.

The park has a $7.00 admission fee per car (carpooling is encouraged) and one of the best waterfalls in Indiana. Meet at the waterfalls at 10:00, but you can arrive at the park earlier. We’ll have lunch together at the Canyon Inn at 12:30.

Next we’ll arrive at the alpaca farm, located at 2488 N. County Line Road East, at 3 p.m. We will be mingling with 145 alpacas and learning about these interesting camelids.
