We’ll gather at 6:30 p.m. at the fountain in Fountain Square, at the intersection of Virginia Ave. and Shelby and Prospect Streets. Fountain Square has lots of interesting architecture, shops and people. It was one of the first commercial districts in the city. As the map notes, do not park in front of the Family Dollar Store, or you may well get towed.

Not far away, nestled between the northbound and southbound lanes of I-65/70, is the little known park called The Idle. Enter off the south side of Virginia Ave.
