Join us for a dress rehearsal open shoot of UNDER THE BIG TOP Wednesday August 25, 2021, at The Tarkington.

We will not have our regular club meeting on August 26, 2021

Note that if you wish to photograph Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre dress rehearsals, you must download, print, fill out and bring with you this COVID Visitor Affidavit.

In addition, the access and screening process will be as follows for visitors to any venue at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel:

1. A mask or other facial covering is required and must be worn over the mouth and nose at all times while in the building.

2. Complete the Visitor Affidavit and Release of Liability. (Photo Venture members are asked to complete their forms before arriving to the Gregory Hancock rehearsals.)

3. Hand the completed form to the security guard and submit to a temperature screen.

a. If temperature is above 100° F, the visitor will be asked to wait 10 minutes and submit to another screen.

b. If temperature is still above 100° F, the visitor will not be admitted further into the building and will be asked to leave.

4. After Affidavit and Temperature Screen are completed successfully, the Visitor will be issued a stick-on badge to be worn while on premises.

For the Gregory Hancock performance, photographers must enter at the north door of The Tarkington and go to the security desk at the west side of the lobby. After screening they should go directly into the theatre from there. There will be no designated seats but everyone will be required to socially distance at all times. A mask is required at all times inside the building.
