Location: Zoom Meeting
We’ll take 2-3 unedited photos from our members and let other members edit them in Lightroom, Photoshop, Luminar, Topaz or whatever tool(s) you wish to use. It should interesting, and fun, to see how different people edit the same image. So…
Each of you (if you wish), please send us one image you’re willing to let other club members edit. Preferably, send us an unedited RAW file (eric.schoch@gmail.com). If the file is too big for email, your email app may make it available via a link (that’s what Gmail does). If that doesn’t work let me know and we’ll figure something out.
From the images submitted, Eric will choose 2 or 3 for members to edit. he’ll make them available for people to edit in time for the meeting (i.e. a lot sooner than this week).
You only really need to edit one of them, but you can do more if you want.
Here is the process for Thursday’s meeting:
Feel free to edit one, some or all of the images. The link to the download is in the 9/20 e-newsletter
Save your work to a jpeg file, about 2500 pixels on the long side if possible.
When saving, rename the file to XXXXX-YourFirstName. So I'd save the Colorado file as "Colorado-Eric."
Email the edited files to me, and I'll organize them for showing on Thursday. That way we won't have to spend a lot of time repeatedly going through the share screen process.
Please get all your edited images to Eric no later than NOON ON THURSDAY to give me time to get them ready.
Thanks! Let's have fun with this!
At our meeting we’ll compare notes, and people can discuss how they post-processed their image and why.
If you are interested in joining Photo Venture Club and want to check out this meeting or one of our future meetings, you can request a temporary pass to attend a meeting by contacting one of our officers.
