Gregory Hancock Dress Rehearsal Open Photo Shoot

  • The Academy of GHDT 329 Gradle Drive Carmel, IN, 46032 United States (map)

MEMBERS ONLY

Join us for an open dress rehearsal photo shoot of GHDT’s THE BLACK DAHLIA

Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre will once again transform its daily rehearsal space (329 Gradle Dr, Carmel) into a black-box theatre where audiences will be entertained in a cabaret style, up-close and personal theatrical experience. Back by popular demand, THE BLACK DAHLIA will return to the stage after first premiering in 2017. This audience favorite has been inspired by the notorious unsolved Hollywood murder of Elizabeth Short in 1947. Based on factual information with some artistic liberties, the production brings four possible scenarios of solution, but leaves the audience to decide who actually committed the crime. Highly entertaining, period music, dance and storytelling will capture the curious minds of each audience member

NOTE: THIS SHOOT IS NOT AT THE TARKINGTON THEATER, SPACE IS LIMITED. THERE ARE TWO REHEARSALS. THE ROOM IS NOT AS LARGE AS OTHER VENUES WE HAVE BEEN TO, BE PREPARED FOR WIDER ANGLE SHOTS. CLICK HERE TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE ATTENDING
