Join us for an open dress rehearsal photo shoot of GHDT’s THE BLACK DAHLIA
Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre will once again transform its daily rehearsal space (329 Gradle Dr, Carmel) into a black-box theatre where audiences will be entertained in a cabaret style, up-close and personal theatrical experience. Back by popular demand, THE BLACK DAHLIA will return to the stage after first premiering in 2017. This audience favorite has been inspired by the notorious unsolved Hollywood murder of Elizabeth Short in 1947. Based on factual information with some artistic liberties, the production brings four possible scenarios of solution, but leaves the audience to decide who actually committed the crime. Highly entertaining, period music, dance and storytelling will capture the curious minds of each audience member
