We’ll cover a range of topics including the types of still life photography, equipment and tools required, where to find props and backdrops, and how to spark inspiration. Additionally, we’ll cover compositional techniques, color, camera angles and lighting and how they all come together to create an impactful visual story.

Biography:
Lisa Bell Jamison is a lifelong Hoosier having grown up in Indianapolis and still resides in Fishers, Indiana. She is a fine art photographer with a special interest in nature and still life photography. Her still life work has earned top honors including Best of Show in several competitions including Best of Show – Professional Color in the Indiana State Fair and the Indiana On-Line Image competitions. Lisa has twice been named a Top Ten Indiana Photographer.
In addition to being an avid photographer Lisa is an avid reader, a nature-lover, a life-long learner and a perpetual daydreamer. Her passion for photography is unwavering and she is in a perpetual state of learning new skills in her pursuit of excellence in the field. She enjoys being part of the local photography community and hopes to give back for all that it has given her. Photography has shown her there is beauty in everything if you look closely enough.
